Barba Napoli seeks to ensure the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the opportunity to make one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The shipping must necessarily be at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the items are intact and unused.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
To send Barba Napoli one or more returns, the customer is required to comply with strict conditions:
A) All items sold on Barba Napoli Shop Online are delivered to the customer with a yellow tag specifically designed for online purchases, authenticating the item with our Logo and a warranty seal that goes with the identification code, unique for every single item sold online.The item must be tried on without cutting off any tag or tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly integral safety seal and authenticity tags, which may be a plastic seal with its wire or, in the case of some kinds of footwear, a label placed on the sole. We will in no case accept returns with the security seal or the authenticity tag cut, broken, disconnected, removed or tampered with.
B) The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
D) All other labels of the head, both fabric and pendants, must necessarily be intact and in no case be removed from the article.
E) The customer who wishes to undertake change the size, color or product, must submit the return process and make a new order on the site Barba Napoli.
F) Swimwear should be tested wearing underwear and must not show signs of use.
In view of the failure to comply with any of the above conditions, Barba Napoli reserves the right not to accept returned merchandise and return it to the customer at its expense.
2. THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) To request permission to return, the customer must send a request within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. In the e-mail part numbers must be specified to be returned. Upon receipt of the request made, the customer of Barba Napoli service will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B) For Italy every request for return , return and/or exchange of goods, you will be charged a fixed amount as the cost of return.After evaluating the conditions of the article, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The items should be returned in the same package in which they are received or in the same way and typology.

Barba Napoli reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be eventually needed to ensure the relisting of the returned items. These amounts will be determined after the evaluation of the condition of returned and reported to the customer.
3. REFUND
If the procedure has been made correctly performed, in compliance with all the conditions, the customer will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting the credit card (if the order was paid by Credit Card) or bank transfer (if the order was paid by PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery).
4. SIZE/COLOR EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged only with a same product category, when the item is available (ex. shirt by shirt, jacket by jacket). The new item not will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
